The companies visiting our campus during final placements, look for a variety of qualities among students along with their academic record. The past academic record is just one parameter for judging the students, among many others.
Since you have a work experience of more than 2 years it will surely work to your advantage. If you are good in your area of expertise and have good communication skills then you will be preferred more among the others.
Certain companies do have eligibility criteria in terms of selection and demand for a minimum of 60%. You may not be eligible to sit for the placement process of such companies. But there are many other companies who visit the campus and offer various opportunities.
