The students from other state can apply for Anna University and it is affiliated to colleges like MIT at www.annauniv.edu from the portal for other state students. The last date is July 12. This is the procedure for admission and you need to attend a counselling based on which you can get admission.

It is not necessary that you need to have maths in class 12 in order to pursue BBA in India.
There are some colleges like NMIMS School of Commerce, in which maths is compulsory for admission.
It is because the curriculum there is very exhaustive and requires quantitative and analytical skills.
Whereas some universities like Delhi University and Mumbai University do not require maths as a compulsory subject in class 12 for admission in BBA.

The minimum eligibility to do a UG degree course in India is to have 10+2 from a recognized board.
Open school schooling is also accepted.
So you have to first complete 10+2 from any recognised board - as regular or distance.

You can do anything, as long as you have the marks and meet with any special requirements. Most institutions offer anything between 40-200+ courses. It's up to you to choose from the options. You haven't mentioned what level you want to study - UG or PG.
