If you are willing to pay a fee of 4-5 lakh per annum as tuition, then SRM is better.
But, if you compare it with Hindustan University, then Hindustan is the best opportunity.

300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs,There is no chance for NIT/IIIT or any government college.
