The lack of interest is mainly due to the focus and concentration. To improve your interests keep an eye on the latest gadgets, which are in the market. So you will try to know about how it is made and working and so you will try to learn the basics which will eventually lead to the invention of these gadgets.
Also, update yourself with the latest technology which will be quite useful for your future.

To become a game designer, you have to opt for CSE. To get CSE branch, it is not mandatory to choose CS as an ext subject in class 11th and 12th. But I will suggest you to take CS as it is very interesting, easy and scoring subject.
