You can chose a best choice. i dont know your family's financial capacity. But you can do both simultaneously. You can earn while you learn And Learn while you earn.
I think you understand the difference of both.
If you can spend time for learning, you can do Graduation through Part Time and Distance Mode of education. For getting a graduation, you can join for both. But if courses like MBA , after completing your graduation through distance / part time ,you have to search for a reputed B school and get admission for MBA.Because your salary will be decided on the basis of where you have completed your MBA.
