Ashitosh, it is one of the options but cannot be termed a great or greater than any other. And doing B.Sc IT is also not sufficient either. You need to get higher qualification in the stream to make a good career for yourself. So go for it if you have personal interest in the field and if you intent to study further in this area of specialization.

IITs do not offer admission in M.Tech on the basis of percentage of B.Tech however they set a minimum percentage requirement for getting admission in M.Tech. I think it is 50% only with some 5% relaxation in SC/ST category. You may visit any IITs website for eligibility criteria.

Mangesh the options that you have with you is to do M.Com and then get into a job in the Accounts field. Or, do MBA and get a job in the related sector. Now, if you are sure that you are acedmically good and have interest in the Accounts stream then go for M.Com. If not then I suggest you prepare for CAT or MAT exam, write the same to the best of your capability and try to get into a MBA college. After MBA and with some knowledge of Commerce (B.Com) you can get a good job in the provate sector. You may, if you want try in the Gov sector also by appearing the state PSC or UPSC exams form time to time. ANother good option for you if you

Samrat what you can do is to do MBA with specialization in Health care management from a reputed institute. You can also do it in Hospital management. However, my suggestion would be not to stop your practice as medical practioner during the management studies.
