There are many institutes in the country which are offering coaching for the Civil Services and one can opt for these to get best of curriculum, doubt sessions, mock tests etc.
Also as for the books are concerned, there are many and to know about these you may refer to the following ones:

Hi Siddharth, at the time of admission you do not need to pay anything. But when you file for your visa you will need to pay the first semester fee without getting any scholarships.
If you get full scholarships or financial aid then there is nothing that you need to pay.

However, I would also suggest you to visit WBUT and check with them the affiliation status of BBIT and also contact AICTE for their AICTE approval.
