Although, MET is a decent Institute affiliated with Mumbai University and the programmes approved by AICTE, but E MBA or Part time MBA is generally for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience say around 5 - 8 years and are looking for career jump in his current organization or industry, so if possible you should plan for regular MBA programme. It would be hard to find any Distance learning University providing B.Tech Instrumentation Engineering, however, you may check with YCMOU, JNTU etc. Check with IGNOU as well.

UWS does offer a Master of Engineering program, with a specialisation in Telecommunications. This would be a good match for you, if you have a background in this area. You will need to have completed an undergraduate degree in Engineering in this area, and must have an IELTS test score of 6.5 overall, with 6 in each band.
