First of alll you need to be clear that which country you want to target, as almost all the countries would require work experience of 2 or more years, accept UK and Australia where you would find decent Institutes accepting students without work experience.
Coming back to your first query that is courses which you can do along with your B.Com to get into a decent University abroad for MBA, on this I would suggest you to concentrate on your B.Com and along with that involve yourself in some extra curricular activities like working with an NGO and try and participate in sports and other extra curricular activities of your colleg

I would say both the programmes are good and can provide good career opportunities but it would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations that which career you opt for if you opt for Chemistry (H) you can get into industries like Agriculture, food technology, Dairy technology, Ptrochemical, Chemical, pharmaceutical companies, public health and environmental protection sectors etc.
If you go for English Honours you can go for industries like Mass Comm & Journalism, research, advertising, content creation, accent trainer and another option could be Civil Service Examination.
