IGNOU is one of the most reputed Open University in India and is offering various courses in different fields and if you are keen to pursue the Diploma in Tourism in the next session (December 2010- January 2011) the last date for the submission of the forms and taking admission is till 31st October as per the public notification of the University.

Well the best way to learn english is to use it in daily life. Initially you can start with reading newspaper, novel, books and also keep a dictionary with you and whenever you find a new word; search the dictionary, note down the meaning and then start using in your daily conversation.
