The admission process may differ from University to University; Few Universities clearly mention on their website that if you are doing a course from their University you should not be enrolled with any other program. You probably, can do it in case you are doing one program through correspondence. Secondly, if you take up two programs you may also face problems while giving the exams as there may be clashes in exam dates. So, keep all the pros and cons in mind while going for two degrees together.
