If you are interested in mechanical engineering program fromgermany then these are the good options for you:- RWTH AACHEN University , Dresden University , Technical University Munich etc. You may try MS in related field as well like Automobile, Automotive , Automotive and Transport Engineering etc.
In Germany Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged which is very nominal. As far as expenses are concern You will require around 650 euro approx INR 35,000-40,000 per month,This amount covers housing ,food ,clothing ,study material and other expenses such as health insurance and leisure activities.
