MBA programme is Provided by those colleges which are affiliated some university. where as PGDM programme is provided by those Autonomous Colleges or Institutes which are not affiliated to any University . as this type of Institutes doesn't have wright to give MBA degree. so that's why they provide PGDM Course. Else there is no Difference between PGDM and MBA. both are same.

Hi Rimjhim,
First and foremost there is no equivalency between a B.tech and a M.Sc degree because the former is a bachelor degree where as the later i.e. M.Sc is a Masters degree course and cannot be considered of similar level.The minimum eligibility for the CSIR exam is as follows:
A student should be a M.Sc pass out with a minimum 55% from a recognized University and the age limit should not cross 28years.
