Dear Aditya, There are not many institutes offering aeronautics in India, butthere are a few. For this you first complete your 12 with PCM and then appear for Engineering entrance. Based on your location you can get a college. ITM GURGAON in Haryana offers this branch. In central colleges few IITs offers this stream but it will be a extreme job.

Oh My God, After looking at the website of both institutes, I will suggest you to forget about IIBM. I think they may have international Affiliations but nothing related to UGC.
Go out and look for some Legally accredited colleges under UGC only as they are trusted. I would not wish to see u spending you money and ending up with just a non valid degree in your hands. Always remember, If It Is Not UGC - Its Fake (only central/union govt/council of any country has an authority to grants to operate college or university or even an institute)
