Hi Praveena,
GRE and IELTS exams are basically to check the required skills of students whether S/He able to take the up the program or not.However GRE is basically required for engineering programs and IELTS check your english proficiency . There are universities abroad which do not require any of the score.however in Germany it depends on the program, kindly let me know what exactly you want to do so that i can give you the exact details.

I disagree with ur answer (A1).
GRE and IELTS are not a mandate requirement of Universities, they just require a proficiency test's result to maintain the standards of education. BUT BUT BUT. It is a mandate Requirement of the Embassy and if you apply with out these test . your chances to get rejected will increase tremendously. Foreign country also means countries like Pakistan and Afghanistan where you will never require IELTS GRE TOEFL etc. Be sure of the country that you prefer to go. All the information is provided by the embassy to get successful visas. rest is all up to u.

If you have fairly good marks in your B.TECH. then the you will select the company, but if you do not have have good scoring then the companies will select you. Just remember this thing. Also your college must be having some fine companies for campus placement.

Since you are a mechanical engineer then you may go for Masters in Mechanical engineering , MS in Automobile or automotive engineering these are some good options for mechanical engineer also you may consider MBA program as you have work ex also this is also a good option i have seen many people after engineering opt MBA program however you may have a good career in both the fields so choose carefully and as per your interest .
