If you have done diploma after your higher secondary i.e. +2 then you definitely can go for your Bachelors degree. If you dont want to go for a B.Tech program you can opt for programs like B.Sc, B.Sc Hons, BCA, etc. If you have Math in 12th and have a strong hold on mathematical skills you can even opt for bachelor level programs in Math, Finance etc.

Although, different Institutes will have different admission criterion & cut offs but most of the Institutes would require you to have a good percentage in your Masters level from a recognized University to go for a PhD program in Human Resource Management; there are not many Universities which will give you this concentration. If you want to apply to NIIT Imperia it is a decent University which has been recognized by UGC and is conducting several Executive Management programs with various Institutes of repute like IIMs MDI etc. These programs are E learning programs Students attend classes conducted by institute-faculty and delivered using the Synchronous Learning platform.
However, a lot will depend on your Educational & professional background; if you are a fresher I would not suggest you to go for such executive programs as it is generally for those working professional who have good amount of work experience.

As Aligarh Muslim University is a UGC approved University all its programs are recognized by UGC. AICTE is a board which mostly gives recognition to Institutes providing technical & Management programs so Aligarh Muslim University courses dont require AICTE approval.
