Hi Shazi,
If you have done diploma after your higher secondary i.e. +2 then you definitely can go for your Bachelors degree. If you dont want to go for a B.Tech program you can opt for programs like B.Sc, B.Sc Hons, BCA, etc. If you have Math in 12th and have a strong hold on mathematical skills you can even opt for bachelor level programs in Math, Finance etc.
For more information on various Institutes giving these degrees I would suggest you to surf shikshas Institutes and Courses section. For your convenience I am placing a link below, you can refine this link according to your own course and location preference:

Hi,
Although, different Institutes will have different admission criterion & cut offs but most of the Institutes would require you to have a good percentage in your Masters level from a recognized University to go for a PhD program in Human Resource Management; there are not many Universities which will give you this concentration. However, you can also opt for PhD in management which would give you almost the similar curriculum. Few of the Institutes which you can try for regular program in PhD HR are:
Tata Institute of Social Sciences
SJMSOM (IIT Mumbai)
ISEC
Indian institute of Science

Hi. It's good that you want to complete the diploma. But getting a good placement depends on many other things. Quaklification is only a part of it. There are many more things other than the qualifications. If you have confidence on your ability, communication skills and dedication towards the work you'd like to take up. then that is it.
