Hi Munna,
While CRAFT is a good institute, I'm not sure if you'll be able to do the course in the budget that you just specified.
In case, you're ready to move to the home of Indian FIlm Industry - Mumbai, you can probably do the same Direction course in Mumbai at Digital Academy - The Film School for much less, within your budget. Their next batch is starting in few days, you can get in touch with the institute over here: on.fb.me/fbenroll

Hi Ashish,
By now with help of Aru's answer you must have ample of information about career in Animation and undoubtedly this is a huge and career oriented stream.
But as far the eligibility to gain lateral entry to a degree program is concerned, the chances are bleak as the lateral entry as an option is available in engineering domain mostly. Yet don't lose hope as there is a lot of scope from what you have already attained and in fact you can look forward to pursue further specialized courses like Virtualization, spl. effects, gaming etc.
