Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. Hi Febin, to help you, I would say that M.Tech course is to give a specialized training in the field of engineering. Quite a few institutes intake candidates on the basis of the various entrance exams. M.Tech aspirants can apply for GATE exam as it is an all India test. The test is administered by top technology institutes. Most of the institutes also conduct a personal interview round.

Hi Sudharsan, a person having an MBA degree is always welcomed by top multi- national companies with open arms.
In your case, you may pursue Executive MBA. For that, one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree which is a must. Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds. Some colleges prefer to utilize the GMAT scores while the others conduct entrance exams of their own. Aspiring students are required to secure a minimum of 50% of marks in the entrance exams depending on the institutes. The other eligibility criteria in certain colleges are the type of work experience that the aspiring student has had over the years as preference is usually given to candidates with managerial work experience.
