Dear Swaroopa, IIT Mumbai runs Project Ekalavya under which there is a program called eGuru. The eGURU programme is an educational initiative undertaken by the Affordable Solutions Lab, IIT Bombay, as a part of its larger project, eKALAVYA. At the moment, it is designed to help those students of B.E., M.C.A. and M.Sc. (CS/ IT/ Electronics), who find it difficult to carry out a major component of their curriculum, namely the project, due to the scarcity of resources and mentors.
The eGURU programme provides the students with a list of relevant and challenging projects, which encourage them to think of innovative technical solutions to various real life problems. More importantly, it attempts to provide them with mentors who guide them in their projects, encouraging them to work on relevant topics. The mentors are qualified experts in specific research areas. They are volunteering faculty, research scholars and industry professionals, willing to spend two to three hours a week, on advising these students on specific topics/ areas of their interest and expertise.
As far as I know M.Tech. students are not allowed.

After completing your 12th you can choose BBA or BBM .
Both these courses are good, if you are doing after 12th.
Bachelor's in Businesss Administration (BBA) and Bachelor's in Business Management.
If you are doing MBA after completing your bacholar degree, then i will suggest you, just do BBA.
BBM or Bachelor of Business maanagement covers a lot of sujects that include in B com, Bca and Bsc.BBM will scrape through almost all the areas of management and accounting which will help you later if you plan to pursue your Master's Degree.
Whether BBA or Bachelor of business administration curriculum is more or less similar to BBM.
The only difference between the two is that BBM has a specialisation in the Final year which could be Marketing, Finance , HR or Operation, whereas BBA does not.
So as you are interested in HR,finance and marketing, i will suggest you to go for BBM.
So, i will suggest you just choose according to your choice, becouse overall,
its totally your personal decision .

Aru in her answer has given detailed information which can be of great use and in fact I would also suggest you on same lines. If you are not keen to pursue a career in the Programming side you can look for areas of IT which deal with lesser coding part in comparison, like Networking, Web Designing, Data base etc.
There are several institutes in the country to offer these courses/ certification but as the IT stream offers several streams, it becomes necessary that you mention as to which field are you interested to make a career based on which i may then be able to give further information.

US, is one of the best study destination to pursue MS, there are many good and top ranked universities in US, which offers MS in electrical engineering.
