2 Passport Size photos.
Entitlement to university admission, as recognized in Germany (usually a high school diploma or graduation examination certificate)

As you are pursuing undergraduate course in ECE, so it it will be always advisable to pursue MS in the same or related fields, as it will add on to your knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
To pursue MS in astrophysics you nee to have undergraduate degree in the same or related fields, as you are in your 3rd year of graduation, it would not be advisable to pursue undergraduate course in astrophysics now as will waste your precious 3 years.
