Hi Pritam,
Most of the courses in India are BE (Construction Technology) or B.E/B.Tech (Urban Planning) required for this job or role. You can take an MBA later. You can also enrol into B.Arch programs specialising in Building and Construction management, B.Sc in residential space design and management, etc.

The score you need to “crack” the PTE really depends on your goal. For study purposes, a score between 50 to 65 is usually enough, depending on the university. But if you're going for PR in countries like Australia, then you'll probably need 79+ to get the maximum immigration points.

Dear Anita Balakrishna,
Almost all IITs offer MBA programme, they do accept CAT score. Apply for all IITs, but they are specialised in operations and production area and not in finance and marketing. This is for your information. IIT Mumbai, IIT Madras and IIT Delhi are some of the best ones amongst. them.
All the best.
