If you want to get into a job and your academics are not very strong you can go for some vocational courses like Travel & Tourism, Secretarial practice courses, Fashion Designing, Interior Designing etc. Your growth may be slow in the beginning but if you perform well you can raise to a good level. Once you have a job in hand, after few years of working you plan for higher studies like EMBA, your experience will help you in getting into a Management programme.

Internationally, MBA is considered to be a course for Managers/Supervisors so most good Business schools require full-time work experience after graduation; in NZ the minimum work experience requirement is 2 years at AIS St. HELENS. As a fresher, it would be a good idea for you to opt for Graduate Diploma in Business/Management. You may consider Govt. ITPs like CPIT,WHITIREIA, UNITEC, WINTEC & WAIARIKI .
