There are two major options in front of you that you can opt for depending on your area of interest and career preference and these are MCA or MBA.
MCA is a better option if you plan to pursue a career in regarding to the technical education but if you are more inclined towards the management discipline then opting for the MBA course would be a better option to go with.

Jetking is mainly known for Hardware and Networking courses, you can take up a course but it is advised to pursue after your 12th even though there is no such constraint related to the eligibility.

As you are interested in pursuing Mass Comm from Delhi, I would suggest you to go for institutes like DCAC, APEEJAY, Amity, AAFT etc. For the list of more institutes, kindly refer to the below link
