Hi,
PGDM is awarded by autonomous institutes offering management programmes, whereas MBA is awarded by Indian Universities recognized by UGC.The course curriculum of both these course is almost similar.
You can pursue either of these course as both these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.While pursuing these course the emphasis should be more on getting admission in good institutes or universities, rather than on MBA or PGDM.

Hi,
Being a Diploma Holder, you are not an eligible candidate to pursue MBA course. As Diploma is an certified course, it will not be a degree course.
The eligibility criteria that you are required to have is:
Minimum of 50% of marks in your graduation .
However if you have six years of managerial/ supervisory/ professional experience, then you can pursue Diploma in Management from IGNOU.
