The best possible course for your would be a masters in electronics engineering as you have earned an undergrad degree in the same field. If you want to opt for another field, you can apply for mechanical, aeronautical engineering or industrial engineering. It totally depends on what you want to pursue and what you want to become in life. Have you asked yourself what subject your interested in? Are you good with machines? If you are, you should go with mechanical. If you feel you would be good with aircrafts, you can opt for aeronautical. There are various choices that you can opt for. It totally depends on what you want to do.
You can also opt for management related courses like masters in management or MBA if you are interested in the management field.
To proceed, you need to take the GRE/TOEFL.

There is no such specialization as instrumention engineering or any such related specialization under MBA programme. If you are from Engineering background the specialization that you may look at: Operations or finance. As far as Masters Degree abroad is concerned, if you are looking for Masters in Management most of the good B-Schools would require 2 or more years of work experience, but in UK the scenario may vary in UK you will find most of the Universities giving one year MBA & you may not require work experience in most of the universities accept the few top ones like Oxford & in Germany you will find 2 years MBA. Keeping in mind all these factors you can take your decision.
