You can apply to University of Toronto and University of British Columbia as they are the best universities in Canada offering this course. You would be required to take the GRE and IELTS and score atleast 1400 in the GRE and 6.5 band score in the IELTS with a minimum score of 6 in each section. The higher you score, the better is your chance of getting an admission offer.
