Hi,
The best possible course for you would be Masters in Pharmacy. You can apply to University of Toronto and University of British Columbia as they are the best universities in Canada offering this course. You would be required to take the GRE and IELTS and score atleast 1400 in the GRE and 6.5 band score in the IELTS with a minimum score of 6 in each section. The higher you score, the better is your chance of getting an admission offer.

Hi Milind, it is indeed difficult to get admission into Oxford and Cambridge. The application start quite early. The last date to apply to oxford or Cambridge is 15 Oct of the preceding year. You can either apply to either Oxford or Cambridge and not both in the same year.
In the UK, UG programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS a
