I feel u should choose between CA nd MBA. I personally feel there is more scope in CA than it is in CS. But CS is not a bad option either. Also, if u go for MBA, then u should try to go in top 25 colleges of India.

If your are 12th, then you can take BBA course opting in HR.
If you are not BBA graduate, them take up MBA in HR.
Till date, XLRI, Jamshedpur is known for best HR courses followed by TISS, Mumbai both take independt entrance exam XAT & TIISS Entrance respectively.
