Hi,
After going through your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in your undergraduate field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA, while pursuing MBA you can also pursue SAP course side by side.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

To become a Game Designer, you must get a good knowledge of 3D software as well as preproduction. Usually in Games the environment is created in 3DSMax and Character animations in Maya, Only the models are made with less polygons and more textures. So choose a program that teaches you these software. It would not matter whether the programme is called game design programme or not. Rest, to become a level designer you must have a passion for game design. Also you must have passion for playing all kinds of games including card games, dice games, sports etc. May I ask, have you ever designed a game? Finally, to do game programming you would require knowledge of programming in which usually a BCA/ MCA would help. If you like this answer you may select it as best answer or press like.
