Base Transceiver Station (BTS) candidates are working as BTS engineer to do the following tasks like-supervise, installation, commissioning, integration infrastructure & transmission backbone & testing & acceptance.
Performing some tests in the sites with theses test equipments like frequency counters, power meters, site analyzer, governing all the wireless communication related installation work .
After gaining experience as BTS, one moves into the O&M Engineer position or may start work as RF engineer as they have knowledge of first network element in GSM or other upgraded network. They even look after the sites under certain range mainly observing or locating or solving the faults.
