However, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.
Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to keep a track of companies and also regularly make individual efforts so as not to loose in the end.
I would also advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization in order to secure confirmed placement with the same organization.

1. To be eligible to sit for I.A.S Exam, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
In the age limit of 21-30 years
2. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
