The "Combined Defense Services" Examination is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, etc.
Successful Candidates are admitted into the respective Academies after an interview conducted by SSB (service selection board). Knowledge about application procedure, fee details can be found on the official website of UPSC i.e www.upsc.gov.in

Well you can surely pursue MBA in finance, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Your work experience would surely be considered while pursuing MBA, other option for you would be to pursue Executive MBA, however in order to pursue this program you need to have atleast 3 years of work experience, some institutes may even require 5 years of work experience for pursuing Executive MBA program.

As u are interested in Mass Communication(MassComm) .In MassComm you will be taught all the aspects of marketing so that you can decide your field of interest (advertising, PR, Media Planning,etc).also u should go to places where practical exposure is given more importance than theoretical knowledge.
