Now since ur in chennai u can get with madras univ and find out abt the same. I firmly believe u can still write exams with ur old enrollment numba. Mostly distance education universities hv a rule of giving twice the amount of period of ur degree to complete it, could be even more in some univs, but thts the minimum. tht is to say all univs shud give u 6 yrs to complete ur BBA or any other 3 yr course and minimum 4 yrs for masters course, again it cud be more for many other univs. so in ur case going by the period of twice the term u still hv 1 yr b4 ur enrolment probably gets lapsed. Its better to check with UNOMDDE. my wishes

Many insituions has pertnership programme like this. However you have to do some research in finding out how many years the same course is offered in UK. In fact if you study in UK you will save one year ans pg also is one year programme.

Au u are interested in Mass Communication Communication(MarComm) courses.In MassComm you will be taught all the aspects of marketing so that you can decide your field of interest (advertising, PR, Media Planning,etc).also u should go to places where practical exposure is given more importance than theoretical knowledge.
colleges like The Delhi School of Communication, SIMC, IIMC, XIC provide good practical knowledge.
