BCA is only a graduation course. After BCA, scope is not much better. You may get job in software industries but not so much scope you will get. If you complete MCA after completion of your BCA from a good institution, you will be almost similar like B.E/B.Tech engineer in computer Science or IT.
If you complete only BCA and then join in a company then you may get starting salary near about Rs. 25000/- to 35000/- But if you complete MCA then your starting salary will be from Rs.35000/- to 55000/- if you placed in a good company.
I will suggest you first to complete your BCA then go for MCA from a good college. If the college is reputed is then may be well placed through placement cell but if the college is mediocre - still you will find good jobs through news paper vacancies or placement agencies.

Of course, you are welcome. Your score is good, however, you will have to appear for lpunest, the entrance test conducted by LPU.
