Firstly, no college in Maharashtra will give you admission based on JEE Mains score. Perhaps you can think of applying to Jamia. However, there is hope. After entire process of counselling is finished, students are likely to be admitted in vacant seats based on JEE Mains score.

Yes, you can apply for NISM certifications but make sure that you have your pan card ready for it as it is required while registration, without pan card they will not issue the certificate to you and since you have done BMS in marketing make sure that you choose the certifications wisely as much of certifications are of finance domain. But if you are keen on getting knowledge in finance you can go ahead with it.

Hello Praveen,
These days almost all engineering colleges admit students based on some or the other entrance exam. Exception could be some deemed to be universities. Here first 100 or so merit holders in state board are allowed direct admission. Of course, there is management quota under which without any exam you could get admission.
