If you are aiming for JEE Advanced and not certain about the eligible marks in 12th boards, then better you write the improvement paper next year and prepare for IIT.

You can appear for JEE Advanced but if you don't get above 75% marks in boards, then you will not have chances for admission in any IITs.

Jamia Millia is famous for its law faculty. The Faculty of Law organizes Moot Courts within the class rooms, Intra Class Moot Court Competitions and National Moot Court Competitions. The faculty also organizes, National Seminars, Conferences and Extension Lectures by eminent speakers from India and abroad. A large number of students have been selected to Delhi Judicial Service, Guwahati Judicial Service and Haryana Judicial Service.
Both are excellent colleges for pursing BA LLB and other law courses. You can choose either of these colleges to pursue your course.

45 marks won't provide any college for civil in Pune. Either go for any private institute based on your 12th marks or go for a one year drop for JEE preparation.

Try your best, but the chances of getting this college is quite low. So, I'll prefer you to look in other colleges. Also, if you get any of these colleges, then it's good to have it, but if not then you should have a backup plan to cope up with this situation.
