Yes, job opportunities are equivalent in all the categories.
After all, it totally depends on the person and the interview given by him. UPES, on its part, provides the required platforms and job offers from many companies regarding your suitable stream.
If you can clear the subject with satisfying marks then you don't have to worry about the placement. Distance learning, however, is not a choice of many. But if you can study and score with that, then it's not a bad choice too.
So, all the best!

Dear Roshan,
MBA not only from DAVV but from any other college is worthwhile. The basic idea is every university or institution designs the course to make their students industry ready. It is my personal view that students are not because of institutions, rather institutions are because of students. The students who brought the fame through their hard work and dedication. Wherever you take admission, just make sure that your scorecard is excellent throughout the duration of the course. It is your scorecard that will keep you ahead of others. You never know you might become the next milestone. Go ahead. I hope this would suffice.

Not too good or not too bad. It isn't up to the mark. Placement cell needs to work more. Recently, placement of this college is below average. The recent batch of 2017 had 22% placement with an average of 3 LPA. The internship is more or less zero for this department. So, I won't advise you to join this college.

You can not do distance B.Tech as of now because of the Supreme Courts Order. However, you can do B.Tech equivalent course from AMIE. Keep in mind that doing AMIE will make you eligible to pursue M.Tech and apply for government jobs. Other then that it doesn't help much.
