Hi,
Of course, work hard and be positive to finish class 12th Science. After that, if Science is not your forte, then go for change of field. For example hotel management, hospitality industry, travel and tourism, Business administration can be viable options. Alternately, if you want to do Arts also, there are many subjects.

For career and campus placement, the reputation and placement record of college from where you have done your last degree matters the most. If you are able to do MBA from top 30 B-schools then college of your first degree has only minor difference and you will be able to have very good career prospects.
