JEE Mains is all about practice and concepts. It does not matter how hard your study, it matters how smart you study. If you did not qualify JEE then it does not mean that you cannot qualify GATE. If you study 10 hours daily. GATE's syllabus is huge though you may feel that JEE Mains is much harder than GATE. Be optimistic and prepare yourself thoroughly all the topics and previous year papers. You should study daily, it does not really matter. A number of job opportunities are available for B.F.Sc. graduates in the government as well as private sector. Talking about the government sector, the prime recruiters are: Fisheries Development Boards (State wise), Food Department (State wise) and Banks.
