There are many course options available after 12th Science. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
* After 12th in Science with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc.
[Eligibility criteria : complete 12th (PCM) with minimum 60% and sit for an entrance exam].
* Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
* You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

Yes you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program after completing PGDM one year program.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to accept the job offer and work for 3-4 yeas and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program in finance as it will further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with not work experience during MBA admission.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experienced candidate over a fresher for a job.
The chances will also be that after completing MBA your present company may also absorb you in higher post and more salary.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
