Hi, in NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. Yes as a additional bachelors course you may add one more degree. you will have to satisfy the above said conditions from your 12th scores to be eligible for NATA registration.

It completely depends on your area of interest. I personally believe it is you who can decide what you want to go for and nobody else. However, if you pursue B.Com you will be able to go for many other professional courses like ACCA, MBA or any other course that would have more scope. Animation will restrict you to creating or editing of animation. It means you shall become industry restricted. However, the final call is yours. I hope this would suffice. All the best. The admission process is separately held for other state students for Anna University and its affiliated colleges.
You need to fill up the application form which will be released after the admission portal for Tamil Nadu and Tamil native candidates.
The official website is www.annauniv.edu
The admission is based on your overall marks in class 12 and aggregate in PCM. There is no separate entrance exam for admission.
