Although you can opt for SAP but then, SAP is a good option for those who are into a process like Human Resources,Sales, Finance, Material Management and more, but your background is entirely different and without having adequate work experience it would not be a good option to go for the SAP.
With a background in M.Sc Chemistry you can opt for careers in Pharmacy, Clinical research, regulatory affairs etc.

Although Shiksha is not a job portal and cannot help you to locate a job but yes you definitely you can get a job with those qualification as the main aspects to get a good job is the talent and skills you inculcate during the period of your education.
You can try and apply to the number vacancies in Chennai relevant to your academic record, or may simple upload your resume on various job portals like Naukri.com and others.

It depends if that university is recognised and well known then its degree is also valid in India however you can contact UGC or AICTE they have the list of foreign universities which are recognized in India.

Depending on your educational qualifications, you can opt for Masters in Hotel Management/ Hospitality management. There are a few good institutes in India which offers courses similar to your requirement and to know about these you may refer to the following link:

To pursue graduation the minimum qualification required is a 12th pass and as you have not given your 12th, it would not be possible to apply for the graduation course.
If not regular, you can apply for 12th through private by institutes like NIOS and post clearing 12th you can go ahead for your graduation.
