Most of the companies do not recognize distance courses of Symboisis, ICFAI and others. Also, u will suffer in time of promotion later in your career if your peers are full time MBA. My advice don't take a chance. It would be very difficult once you cross your 30s and sit with young students in class for doing full time MBA. Better do it now. right now career options are very good but in near future as generation going change in every 10 year and new technology in coming in our hands so I suggest to complete your MBA.

Befor applying make sure that the degree is valid in India bcoz One year masters finance is not accepted in India and ive read on lots of websites that companies do not accept one year masters.
Still if u wanna go for a one year degree u can opt for university of Dundee , Univ of Stirling or any other university in Scotland as they are less costly and are within world top 250 and give a one year masters in finance.
After graduating u will only get 6 months to find a job and an employer to sponsor u otherwise u'll have to return to India .
UK also offers part time job to students with hourly pay but u cannot work more than 15 hours a week

There are many career courses that you can opt for however it would be difficult to opt for the ones involving a lot of physical movement is less as compared to the usual. You can opt for the courses like Arts, CA, Animation, designing, BCA, Banking & Finance, Psychology and many more.

Hi Sai,
There is a huge scope in pursuing a career in the retail sector with various companies looking towards Indian market like Big Bazaar, Crossword, Bata, Pantaloon Retail India Ltd., Shopper's stop and many more.
But I would say that just a diploma in retail might not be sufficient, instead you can opt for Masters in Retail post completing your graduation in any discipline. There are many institutes in India offering courses related to Retail Management.
You can refer to the following link to know about the same:

Dear Madhusudhan,
It is wrong to say that with this percentage you will not get job. There are many companies who are focussing on knowledge and ability of the candidate rather than percentage such as TechShastra, 3i Infotech, TechMahindra, you can try such companies who are good and can offer you reasonable salary too
