Why dont u join the computer hardware and networking courses. In the challenging world today, where computers are used in every place, there will be a very good demand for the computer hardware and network engineer forever in future.
why dont u go to Jetking, computers hardware and networking course. after the completion of 10th standard, JCHNE (Jetking Certified Hardware and Networking Engineer) is a one year course and for the any of the degree holders, MNA (Master in Networking Administration). immediately after the completion of the course, u will get 100% job in MNC'companies with in 90 days from the institute itself. just don

Suppose if you are Team Leader so you have to handle executive team and cordinate with Senior people like GL, Asst Mgr, GM. So aboev all parts comes under Operation Mgmt.

Other than an MBA you can go for MA / MSC programs if you are aiming at foreign degrees. To get into a good B School in countries like UK, you need to have minimum 60% marks and a English Language certification like IELTS / TOEFL/ PTE. If you do an MBA from countries like UK< then you can stand apart from the competition as UK qualifications are not based on theoretical studies only, but they have a great deal of case studies and also role plays. Indian MBA tend to give you details in theory and minimum exposure. However UK MBAs would give you ample opportunities to work full time after completion of your course and also part time during your studies. This way you practicum what you learn and also earn pocket money for your extra expenses.
