PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the professional market. PR requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. Now For HR i would say that an HR is the person who is responsible for taking care of the entire work force of an organisation. An HR is basically the representative of the Human force of an organisation. Every professional grievance of an employee is shared to the HR and the HR then decides the relevant actions to be taken. Apart from this the HR also has to perform few other duties such as Employee Appraisal, employee benefits, employee leaves, employee satisfaction, New recruitments etc.
Now for diploma courses i would say that their are courses available for PR but very few courses are available for HR.

What you can do is look for universities that offer research in physics and e mail the department head and ask them if any research is going on in this subject or not. Here is the process that you need to follow, you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.
