The universities in every country of Europe has is own specific requirement for admission in their masters program.
The general eligibility criteria to pursue Masters in universities abroad are:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
Please note GRE score are not required by all the countries.
Most of the universities in Europe have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
September intake.
January intake.

Although, you are a well qualified person but if you want to do further your career in corporate training itself then the best option for you would be to go for MBA in Disaster Management. You can also opt for PG Diploma in the same. You can also opt for the Advanced & Specialized Training programs in Fire Safety provided by ONGC (Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.) in collaboration with several Institutes.

The UPSC examination comprises of two successive stages. IPS exam is carried out by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) and constitutes two stages:(a). The Preliminary Examination and(b).
