Hi,
The universities in every country of Europe has is own specific requirement for admission in their masters program.
The general eligibility criteria to pursue Masters in universities abroad are:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
Please note GRE score are not required by all the countries.
Most of the universities in Europe have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
September intake.
January intake.

There are few universities that provide a one year degree but i would suggest you not go for it and it might hamper your future studies as well because graduation is considered a minimum three year course.
