Hi Nadeem,
Frankly speaking if you are planning to make your career in India, it would be better to have a degree which is from an Indian University recognized by Indian Education Councils like UGC or AICTE. However, if you are planning for a degree from abroad it would have a value but only if it is not done from Indian study centre like few Universities have their online program running in various countries such programs will have no value addition in your career growth.

Hi Amir,
To pursue your graduation , the minimum eligibility required is a 12th pass certificate and if you have not completed your 12th then it is difficult to get admission to graduate courses as one does not stand to be eligible for it.
Even in the case of correspondence education you will have to qualify the eligibility. For your higher education, you will have to write your 12th exams again and clear all the subjects. This you can go through Open Schooling like NIOS or the other private boards.

Although, you can not get CIA Institute specifically in Jalgaon district you can look for options within Maharashtra like The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) in Mumbai or New Horizons Educational Institute Pvt. Ltd. in Pune & Mumbai which you can join for CIA

If you clear all your papers, then why not . technically you are eligible for an MBA. However some institutions in India do take this as a negative marking and would not really appreciate your application. However, in countries like UK where MBA is considered to be the best, they do not have issues regarding your At & KT if you complete the program ultimately. UK Education is considered as costly in common. However we have programs running in PUNE which gives you a UK MBA through twining program. (Half in India & Half in UK) this way you can get your UK MBA successfully at comparatively half the cost.
