Generally companies come with two profile for recruiting MCA students
1. Administrator as in network and Desktop. This is more of application of IT.
2. Software Developer or Engineer. This involves coding and debugging.
If you want to work as a software developer, better to go for MTech where there is very high chance of actually getting coding work.
But in case you want to work as a developer and also go for MCA, then try getting in IIT-BHU or topnotch NITs like Trichy, Surathkal and Warangal.
