Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
No worries, you can still think of going ahead provided you spend quality time everyday to both of them in a highly balanced manner. Hi Shivani, to be eligible, candidate must be 10 + 2 in Science. Students who have finished their graduation in biotechnology can either opt for higher studies or try for jobs.
There are many courses that are available for students to choose from like M.Tech, Integrated PhD courses, M.Phil, M.Sc in Biotechnology, PhD in biological sciences, PGD in Biotechnology, PGD in Clinical Research, etc.
It is ideal to clear the CSIR – UGC JRF examination in order to pursue a doctoral research in Biotechnology.

Well I would say that having 8 years of experience under your belt, idea of higher education is great as it has become one of the most popular masters degrees following which the career growth gets handy with excellent compensation packages.
You may opt for either of the two: PGD or MBA as both are lucrative and would give definitely let you enhance your work skills. Yet full time PG is preferable over distance learning MBA. Decision is certainly yours. Or I may even suggest you for E-MBA being a working professional as that would get you promotions to higher grades in your work environment.
As far as HR is concerned your main task would be to make efficient use and development of available skills and talent of the employees within the organization. Thus you can seek employment in public and private sector industries, banking and financial institutions, corporate houses and multinational companies.
