Hi Rajesh,
As rightly suggested by Aru, there are several Universities having Department offering PhD programs however the eligibility and admission procedure may differ. But in most of the reputed Universities one requuires to be holding a Masters degree in the field which holds your interest to pursue research or need to have a Masters degree in and equivalent program; with about 55%. As for the admission procedure is concerned, mostly this is done through qualifying the UGC NET / SLET or else some institute conducted exams.
